In the UK we do not enjoy the outdoors with our children as much as other European countries. The 2020 and 2021 lockdowns forced many of us to explore the outdoors more so than usual and this provided our children with many invisible benefits. In this relaxed fun session, you can enjoy 'playing', learn why Outdoor Play is so important for our children and how it supports mental health, physical development, emotional wellbeing and brain development!
